Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds

Every tee we press is made to order in Melbourne. Here's exactly how returns work — no fine print, no runaround.

What's covered

We'll replace or refund your order in full if:

  • The print is cracked, faded, peeling, or lifting within 50 washes (and you've followed the care instructions)
  • You received the wrong item — wrong design, wrong size, or wrong colour
  • The tee arrived with a manufacturing defect (holes, stitching failure, fabric damage)

This is our 50-Wash Guarantee. We stand behind every press.

What's not covered

  • Change of mind — because every tee is pressed specifically for your order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or sizing preferences. Please check the size guide before ordering.
  • Print damage caused by machine drying, ironing directly on the print, washing above 30°C, or use of bleach
  • Wear and tear to the fabric itself (not the print)

How to make a claim

  1. Email us at sales@pressroom.au
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  3. If it's a wash guarantee claim, let us know roughly how many washes and how you've been caring for it

We'll review your claim and respond within 1 business day. If approved, we'll process a full refund or send a replacement — your choice. You don't need to return the item.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, email us and we'll work something out — if your original order is unworn and in original condition, we'll do our best to help.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take a further 2–5 business days to appear.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund or replacement regardless of our policy.
