We use high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing to ensure vibrant, long-lasting designs on every T-shirt, pressed by hand in our Melbourne studio.
What's the 50-wash guarantee?
Every tee is backed by our 50-Wash Guarantee. If the print cracks, fades, peels, or lifts within 50 washes and you've followed the care instructions, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no fine print.
How do I make my print last?
Wash cold or below 30°C, skip the machine dryer, don't iron directly on the print, and avoid bleach. Following this keeps your print covered under the 50-wash guarantee.
How fast do you ship, and is it free?
Every order is dispatched within 48 hours from our Melbourne press. Shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $135.
Can I return or exchange my tee?
Because every tee is pressed to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns — please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If your order arrives faulty, wrong, or the print fails within 50 washes, email us and we'll replace it or refund you in full without needing the item back.
What if I need a different size after ordering?
We don't offer direct exchanges, but email us at sales@pressroom.au and we'll do our best to help if your original order is unworn and in original condition.
